Food & Beverage Staff

Position Overview:

Responsible for assuring attentive, friendly, courteous and efficient service in the food and beverage outlets and banquet facilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with kitchen staff on the quality, presentation and efficient flow of food products and service.
  • Establish and maintain a system of effective communication with all employees to ensure they are aware and prepared for daily activities and special events.
  • Handle and follow-through with all guest requests, problems and concerns.
  • Oversee inventories in lounge and restaurant.
  • Inform and cooperate with general manager regarding challenges and opportunities relating to food and beverage operations.
  • Ensure cooperation and coordination with banquet manager and catering events manager.
